Sinéad McCauley

About
After many years in the corporate sector, Sinéad began a journey of discovery trying many disciplines, including meditation, yoga and mindfulness. She eventually found Tai Chi to be the practice that suited her best for managing stress and creating a good work / life balance. She now enjoys teaching practical applications of Tai Chi across many industry sectors, arming her clients with tools and skills to deal with life's curve balls.

Sinéad likes a wide variety of music, currently she’s enjoying Ella Fitzgerald, "And the waltz goes on," by Anthony Hopkins. The Matrix and The Grandmaster (2013) are her favourite movies and at the moment she’s reading As a Man Thinketh by James Allen and Richard Branson’s Finding My Virginity. She loves Japanese and Middle Eastern food and her most memorable journey’s include a magical night under the stars in Wadi Rum and ice climbing in Chamonix (she’s a mountain girl at heart).

Fav quote “What lies behind us and what lies before us, are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” Ralph Waldo Emerson.
